In Untold: The Retreat, host Madison Marriage looks at the Goenka network which promotes a form of intensive meditation known as Vipassana. Numerous people go on these retreats every year; however, there are those that attend and suffer while there as well as when they have returned. Some have described feeling terror or a break with reality that makes it difficult for them to cope and ultimately, they are no longer the people they were prior to going to the retreat. We've always enjoyed the good vibes that you get when watching Ted Lasso which brings us on a journey from an American football coach who goes across the pond to coach British footballers. Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) encourages everyone surrounding him to be their best selves by looking on the bright side of life and never giving up - even when you're going through tough times in your life.

Even when he isn't aware of how the game is played, his optimism and determination is one that leaves you rooting for him. It even makes the wins his team achieves even better. We also see how he brings the team and front office management together through his can do attitude.

This 11X Emmy Award winning show definitely gives you the giggles when you watch it and has great cameos of those that have been included in the show. Now in its third season, it's the perfect time to binge previous seasons to catch up or to rewatch some of your favorite memories!

We can't wait to see what happens to the AFC Richmond team and what one-liners Ted will share throughout the season!

Minnesota-based producer and reporter Erika Lantz is back with Season 2 Room of Mirrors which looks at the ballet system that was created by choreographer, George Balanchine who was brilliant in his artistry, but also created a number of systemic issues for those that trained under him. Erika, a former ballerina interviews a number of people who worked with him to talk about their experience and where they are now.

The Harder They Fall is a fictional film that is based on real cowboys, lawmen, and outlaws of the 19th-century American West with principals being a member of an all Black cast.

We follow Nat Love (Jonathan Majors) who is intent on getting revenge for the death of his parents when he was young. This outlaw connects with his crew to take down his mortal enemy, Rufus Buck (Idris Elba) a ruthless crime boss who was just released from prison.

Throughout the film, we look at the interactions between the Nat Love Gang, the Rufus Buck Gang and the US Marshal Bass Reeves. These historical black figures have goals that keep them on their mission. Nat's focus is to kill Rufus for his wrongdoings as well as to steal from bandits which keeps him on Bas Reeves' radar. Buck stays focused on protecting Redwood, a safe haven for Black settlers.

Ultimately, we'll see who has left standing with so much at stake.

With a cast that includes Michael Keaton, Rosario Dawson, Peter Sarsgaard and Michael Stuhlbarg tell this story from the doctors, Big Pharma, judicial system and the people who consumed the medication.

Sometimes there are shows that become phenomenons where you don't want to be the only person who hasn't watched it. Squid Game is a Korean series that has dominated the top 10 for weeks. Who would have thought that classic children's games can be turned on its head and involve winning life-changing money?

We come to know 456 contestants who come from various walks of life but all have financial strife as a common link between one another. The only way that they can change their life now is to play the games, stay alive, continue to win and then take their lives back!

Ultimately, we find that everything is not child's play and that even the game itself has a number of intricacies that include those who created the game, those with a vested interest in it and the societal implications that are involved. Even though this is the 1st season, we're hoping that there will be another one to see how it continues with everything that we now know!

QUEEN OF THE CON: THE IRISH "HEIRESS"

A small group of curious people come together to find out more about the author, his process and to understand why he has lived the way he has for so long. In addition, they uncover a number of truths about the recluse and how they can maintain his legacy to ensure that his fans stay with him to hear about the jounrey of his characters.

We enjoyed the first season of Wondery's Dr. Death podcast which talked about the destructive and murderous Dr. Christopher Duntsch who terrorized unsuspecting patients in Dallas, Texas with surgeries that left them more uncomfortbale then when they started, paralyzed and in some cases dead. This successful podcast has been turned into a series that's perfectly bingeable on Peacock.

In this series, we find out about how Duntch's past ultimately created an individual who would take his narcissistic behavior, risky surgeries and the ability to use his charm to advance in his career.

We also get insight into how he was ultimately taken down by the efforts of two doctors and a legal system that had to navigate how they approached doctors who work in such a negligent way as well as how they created checks and balances to better monitor the medical community as a means to advocate for patients rights.

For those who enjoyed the podcast, this series is a great way to learn more about portions of the story that were not covered.

The Control Group looks at how people operate under distress when it is initiated by forces that are meant to protect those that they serve.

In season 2 which started a few weeks ago, it picks up after Simon's family escapes. In the safehouse that she found them at, she tells Simon and his family what she experienced in Boston when the power grid went down and how she got out of Boston. We meet his muses, go behind the scenes of the iconic and historic The Battle of Versailles Fashion Show and we learn about the positive and negative experiences of business decisions that Halston made as he took on investors to support his brand and how he lost control due to this involvement.

In this music documentary follows pop superstar P!nk on her Beautiful Trauma Tour as she balances her hectic schedule as a performer, being a boss, as well as being a mom and a wife. We get an all-access pass to a mix of footage that takes us with her on the road, behind-the-scenes interviews and personal material. This tour included 156 shows across 18 countries. The tour sold 3 million tickets worldwide and is the 10th highest-grossing tour in Billboard's Boxscore's history - the biggest tour for a women in over a decade.

In many respects, this film, which is directed by "The Greatest Showman's" Michael Gracey, is endearing and revealing and can be seen as a love letter to her family and her fans.

We've followed Scam Goddess for quite a while, but it was seeing the podcast's host Laci Mosley sharing her insight on scams on a recent episode of ABC's The Con which looks at scams that are known and unknown that intrigued us even more. After hearing her commentary of The Varsity Blues Con, we began listening to her show which breaks down a variety of cons in this true crime genre with her comedian guests that appear on the show.

Each week, she talks about the scam of the moment, digging deeply into the scam of the week and then looks at the historical ones and how they have manifested. They even share anecdotes of scams and rackets that they engaged in and the lessons that they learned and why they no longer doing them.

As we have navigated quarantine, we got to know about the immersive audio-focused podcast network, QCode and have shared a few of their shows on previous Bingely Streaming inclusions. This month, their latest Ghost Tape dropped and we're hooked with-out a doubt.

If you enjoy military conspiracies with a sci-fi component, this show is something that you will enjoy. We are introduced to a cast that is in the throws of grief as well as being confused about the circumstances of how Tessa Dixon'sgrandfather died. Her desire to know more about his unexpected death sends her to signing up for the military to be able to under-stand more. Along the way, she comes across a tape that creates havoc on the lives of anyone that listens to it.

This tape takes over aspects of her life and puts her in a scenario of being accused of killing a fellow soldier. In addition, her psychiatrist in an attempt to help her listen to the tape and begins his own journey with it. He also realizes that not everything he is being told by military staff is in fact true. As we navigate the death of Tessa's grandfather and her charges - we get closer to what this podcast is all about.

There are a number of sayings that reference that essentially the world is a small place and that we are more connected that not. This belief rings true throughout Netflix's The Stranger. We are introduced to a number of families within a community that seems to be an average place that one would grow up. Many of the people are pillars in their community, involved in their children's lives and have close relationships.

A stranger begins to interject herself into their lives by sharing secrets or opening the door to areas that they should look for in their lives. This knowledge which is meant to create awareness ends up uncovering lies, murders and suspicion among this community. Throughout the season as more secrets are unlocked, we find that The Stranger herself has a vested interest in their lives.

Everyone must decide how far they will go to get to the truth and how they will protect their families when the information is known. The blurred lines on behavior even extends itself to the police department as they become involved only to find that they are not left unscathed. We don't know if there will be another season, but we can't wait to see how The Stranger will continue in this community.

We enjoyed bingeing Season 1 of The Circle on Netflix which looks at the power of social media, perceptions and who we are in this game. We are introduced to contestants who live in a building who never meet each other face to face. Each player has access to a closed internet where they are able to interact with one another, create a profile and play a series of games to win the opportunity to vote others out of the house. In addition to being able to share information as a group, they can interact privately one on one as well as in groups.

As members are voted out, new people move into the house and work to integrate into the social group that has already been established. As each person leaves, they are able to meet an individual of their choosing as well as to share their final thoughts through a video. Much like Big Brother, we're able to see each contestant to get to know more about them whether they are being themselves or impersonating someone else. By the end of the show we get to know a lot about the contestants.

Although there are a number of options, We Work has been at the forefront of this movement. We are introduced to Rainbow Vallentine, the daughter of smugglers. We learn about her life, how she was unaware of her parent's activities until later in life and how her mother and father got into this industry.

The podcast talks about how the industry was furthered, the role of music in growing their clients, the criminalization of the industry and more. In each episode we see how this community came together to increase their business as well as the risks that they took on.

The listener also realizes that as the decades continued on, a business that was run by a trusted network began to change with new players such as the mafia and other organizations that began changing the rules and ethics of the honor code system that had been established.

We hear the first hand account of the high and lows that Rainbow Valentine's parents navigated as they took care of their familes, their disorganized crime network and the point that they finally left the business after a series of complications that took place. They also look at how new laws are alleviating issues that have existed in the US that allow people to obtain their products legally without the pitfalls that were common place years ago.

We attended the 14th Annual StarChefs International Chefs Congress a couple of weeks ago in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This 3-day event focused on chefs and restaurateurs that we enjoy eating in their restaurants or seeing them on an array of TV programs, to supporting chefs rising in their field and some top appliance, cooking and food producers in the market. Throughout the event, we were able to enjoy a number of sessions that included pairing wines with the iconic Dinosaur BBQ, a Fried Rice Smackdown which was judged by Chef Marcus Samuelsson, Chef Edward Lee, Chef Nicole Ponesca and Christine Lee with participants that included BRAVO's Top Chef - Chef Sheldon Simeon, a discussion on West African food and educating listeners on its flavors and importance via Kith and Kin's Chef Kwame Onwuachi and a number of hands-on culinary classes as well as being able to walk the floor to try a number of treats by brands in the space. 

On today's Athleisure Kitchen, we sit down with Will Blunt, Managing Editor of StarChefs in one of the breakout rooms on the floor of the event to talk about how he came to being a part of the publication StarChefs as well as the annual event, the purpose behind StarChefs, speakers and participants he looked forward to especially seeing at the event and more. Netflix brings back the popular web series with Zach Galifianakis who showcases how he is the worst celebrity interviewer ever! The movie is filled with deadpan insults and plenty of pained expressions between the interviewer and the interviewee. Within the movie, he plays an altered version of himself and is tasked by Will Ferrell (who plays a cartoony villain of himself) to conduct 10 interviews in a span of 2 weeks in order for him to get a real network talk show that he really wants.

Throughout the movie, you're treated to a number of star-studded interviews (Keanu Reeves, David Letterman, Brie Larson, etc.) that all end horribly.

Ultimately, viewers will enjoy seeing their favorite celebs allowing themselves to be subjected to Zach's antics as well as trying to keep a straight face through it all.

This BBC Sounds podcast investigates the details of missing cryptocurrency OneCoin founder, Dr. Ruja Ignatov in 2017 who promised to change money forever. Host, Jamie Bartlett walks us through the finding of this case that includes: data leaked to the BBC found that the scam was worth between £3.6 - £4bn worldwide, and shows for the first time the scale in the UK. At least £26m was invested from the UK over one six-month window in 2016 - and maybe as high as £90-97m between 2014 - 2017 and over 175 countries had victims in the largest crypto-scam of all time that is still running to date.

Within 2 years of launching the company, they claimed to have over 3.5 million members with hundreds of thousands of investors and offices that opened in major cities around the world with events, she seemed unstoppable; however, rumors were swirling about the legitimacy of the currency and thus digging into the scheme that ended with Dr. Ruja vanishing.
