The best part of the holiday season is being able to binge on a number of shows that you have heard your friends talking about. One weekend, we dedicated times to watching Hit & Run, a thriller that kept us on the edge of our seats as we get on a wild ride that takes us from Tel Aviv to NYC.
We meet Tel Aviv tour guide, Segev Azulai (Lior Raz), who is married to an American Dancer Danielle (Kaelen Ohm). She is heading to New York to audition for a project. On her way there, she is killed in a hit-and-run accident.
We see Segev trying to understand what happened; however, he is left to think about the possibility that it may not have been an accident. As we watch him navigate finding out what happens, we begin to see that he is not your average tour guide as he seems to be connected to a network of people from another life that have been able to provide intel on what happened to his wife and that she was also not who she seemed.

For fans of Hollywood stories, TCM's podcast The Plot Thickens, has focused on in depth stories that digs deep into actors lives as well as film/television lore. This season they focus on the dynamic career of Lucille Ball and how she went from being a showgirl to creating a powerhouse brand that became an international success. This podcast digs deep pinto her story by talking about how she met Desi Arnaz, how his upbringing in Cuba led to his vision and focus when he came into America and more. We hear how they became a powerhouse in Hollywood and how their studio became a major player in the industry. We also hear from her daughter, Lucie Arnaz as she shares her insights. We also hear previous interviews and recordings from Lucy herself!
