Exercise for at Least an Hour
A well-balanced diet is not all you need to stay healthy. Despite the nutrients vegetables and fruit give you, you still need to make time for working out so you can burn it off. There's no better way to do so than by exercising. There are so many exercises you can do, it's not even funny. Though, we should mention that it's not in your best interest to start doing high-intensity exercises. You must warm up and build your stamina first, which you can do by walking, jogging and even doing jumping jacks. Ideally, you'll want to aim for at least an hour's worth of exercise with breaks in between.
